on my squad,i was a flyer for a yr
now my coach says i should switch to bckspotter,and i really dont wanna. we have younger kids on are squad,and some older, though average,im 13/117lb/and about 5'4,5'5
could i be a flyer in hs,oor nope??

If the coach needs you to be a bs, then you are a bs. It is about what the team needs first.
When you hit high school you might be able to fly again. You never know. Depends on if you grow, who else is available to fly, if they need you in another position or not.

Since your coach said you should switch then you probably can't. Talk to your coach. That happened to me too. My coach said switch to base when I was a flyer. At first I thought he was saying that I had gained weight and was too heavy to fly. . .but I'm 5'3, 100lbs. So, I'm not fat!! When I talked to her about it said it was only temporary--she needed someone to help teach the new younger ones to learn to base, and backspot. Talk to your coach. Maybe it'll be only temporarily.

you could definitely be a flyer in hs. im about your height and weight, but i backspot. one of my flyers is the same size as me, the others bigger. the only reason i dont fly, i have the flexibility of a rock. but itll all depend on your flexibility and the ability of your bases. good luck!! =)

if u r good, of course! as long as ur not overweight u can be a fly, and u should have lil bit of skill!

well you are not in highschool it al ldepends on your growth and your team mates growth if you stay the same size and everyone is bigger than you then yes i f not no.
