Not at all.. The normal human mentality is having everything that you can't have. You are so jealous because he is not yours but if you were ever to have him the chances are that you wouldn't like him as much. Your mind loves what it can't have and loathes what it has. It may seem you love the person because it hurts so much when you see him with another, but when you find true love you'll realize it was just infatuation. Do Good

If you're talking about feelings of jealousy when a person you know is dating someone, does that mean you love him, no, not necessarily. It may mean you want to be the person he loves just because he seems to be part of the 'perfect couple'. However, it has nothing to do with his personality or his suitability. It's kind of like how you get a crush on a celebrity because of all the images you see of that person. But you don't know that person at all - not even remotely - yet it seems like you're crazy in love with him. In person, he may be the face you see on the screen but the person behind the face is someone who would never interest you at all, not your type.

Your life has changed and you have matured - they have not. You are at a cross road and have to choose beween old friends and your new life. Sounds as if you need to just tell them that you really enjoy their company and value their friendship but you don't want to share their escapades with them. Sounds as if you have a good head on your shoulders so use it. If they drop you, find new friends where you work, volunteer and go to school. They will be more your type. Someday some of your old freinds will admire you and tell you how wrong they were to do the things they have done to your and your boyfriend.

im a jealous person so i get jealous with everyone. my fiends and family, especially towards my best friend. I get extremely jealous if anyone gets his attention more.
i am very in love with him.

so then to answer your question, yes it means you feel some love towards the person. why else would it cause anything inside you?

especially if it hurts to see that person with other people.

hope i helped.

Yes, yes. Don't be deluded though, it doesn't mean it's love. I dated a girl for three years and we were miserable together. Every time we seperated she'd start seeing someone else, i'd get jealous, take her back, then in a week i'd be miserable again.

Jealousy isn't a type of love so I coouldn't tell you. But if you are jealous now imagine what you'd be like if you had the person. Jealousy isn't good or healthy for a relationship ( ANY RELATIONSHIP)

Jealousy is not an act of love...

Love is patient, love is kind.
It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It is not rude, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no records of wrongs.
Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes and always perseveres....

No. If you're jealous, it means you're insecure. Insecurity stems from lack of trust. Without trust, there can't be love.

It's infatuation. Nothing more.

No it doesn't. Once the person stops seeing the other person. You won't feel jealous anymore and you won't feel like you like them anymore.

No. I don't get jealous. It's sad that you do, cause that causes this type of confusion among other things. Maybe if you weren't insecure, you wouldn't be asking.
