yes but not by choice. My brother would watch lion king every day when we came home from school some times twice. It went on like this for six months or more. I new every song, breath , pause, line and even intonation in the entire movie. It was sickining. I have repressed that memory now but i have a one year old it is only a matter of time before she wants to see it and i have to be subjected to that torture once again

I can basically recite the original trilogy of Star Wars (Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi). There may be a few gaps, but come on, it's three movies, give me a break.

"Especially for... Sister. So. You have a twin sister. Your feelings have now betrayed her too. Obi-Wan was wise to hide her from me. Now his failure is complete. If you will not turn to the dark side, then perhaps she will." --- Darth Vader, Return of the Jedi

Yes I'm like that on several dozen movies that I've seen, it seems like a billion times. I can also recite certain tv shows and particular episodes I've seen several times.

I can even recite the opening to Law and Order:SVU because I've seen almost every episode at least twice.

Actually yes. I used to be able to speak every line from every character in the movie "Star Trek II The Wrath of Khan". I haven't seen that one lately, so I'd probably be rusty with that now, but I can say it made for a couple interesting evenings with the family.

Yes! I could recite both The Goonies and Adventures in Babysitting word-for-word. But that was 10 years ago, so I've probably slipped a bit since then.

Certain lines, yes. Rod Steiger, the way he sneers "Technicalities" in Zhivago, with his mustasche dripping as the snow in it thaws. "You had me at 'hello'", Renee Zellwegger in Jerry McGuire. "Movies solve the riddles of life," Steve Martin, Grand Canyon. "Mick! Mick! Speak English!", Whoopi Goldberg in Jumping Jack Flash. And others. But recite the movie? Nah. Closest I can come to that is every song in The Sound of Music and West Side Story, especiallly "Officer Crumpke".

I can do this with the following:

Braveheart
The Princess Bride (most quotable movie EVER)
Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
This is Spinal Tap
Shakespeare in Love

( I know- it's a sad commentary)

There used to be quite a few, but I've not watched them for a while - old favorites sitting on the shelf.

Particularly
The rocky horror picture show ( and all the words to all the songs)
enemy mine
Christmas vacation (lol that's traditional - have to watch it every year ! )
and best of all - The last starfighter
