This is a two step problem. You know the circumference, 10pi. Circumference formula is C= 2*pi*r. You know the circumference, but want to find r. Divide that (10pi) by 2pi, which gives a radius of 5. However, to find the area, the formula is pi*r*r (pi r squared). Plug in the r, which is 5, to get 25. So the area is 25 pi.

The circumference is always 2 * radius * pi. That means that if it is 10 pi the radius is 5.

The area is always pi * radius squared. Since the radius is 5 that makes the area 5*5* pi = 25 pi.

Circum of a circle=2.Pi.r
Or 10 Pi =2(Pi).r
Or r=5
Area of a circle= Pi.r^2
=(22/7).5.5
=78.57 sq units

i've got faith section=pi circumstances radius squared, appropriate? and circumference is pi circumstances diameter, appropriate? so which you start up up with 8(circumference)=pi circumstances diameter, now remedy for diameter.It comes out to diemeter divided via pi.Then plug that into section=pi circumstances radius squared.

area of a circle is pi*r^2
circumference of a circle = diameter times pi

10pi = diameter * pi
diameter = 10
2 * radius = diameter;
radius = 5

area = pi*r^2
area = 25 * pi
