for those with safety in mind...i understand you..i certainly wouldnt be doing something like that in traffic situations...his tires are Z rated for 200 mph plus...and there was no traffic as it was 230 in the morning...so yes it is bad and unsafe...but merely myself and the guy would have been indanger...and we were willing to take the risk...call it stupid, or the couple drinks we had...

thats pretty good...when i got my clk 55 amg in germany i got it up to 155 on the autobahn...

it was scary, but the way the autobahn is laid out its as safe as you'll ever get for high speeds...

with the horrrible conditions of the road here and especially in the cold climate (that creates cracked up pavement) of the chicagoland area...

more power to u lil g!

be careful, i wouldnt want to see anything happen to your pretty face...

176 in my modified mitsu evo. I ran out of road when I came up on the stop sign. Also why is it so scary to go way beyond 100 MPH, people. I guess you just need the brass balls and the knowledge that your driving skills will keep you safe, although the tires could blow it's not common if their speed rated for the illegal activities your doing. I ran this speed on a country road where I could see for miles, and where I would hurt no one but myself.

High speeds like that are no-no. Any error at that speed, and chance of survival is minimal. Sometimes tires aren't rated for that speed and can blow.

Fastest I ever been is in my current bmw, at 140mph during a street race.

I'm not sure, the speedometer only went to 120. It went past that point and it hit the stop bar on the gauge.
