History in (IE) Internet Explorer
Tools>Internet Options>Delete Cookies, History and Clear History

History on your Operating System
Re-install your OS or Take the hard drive out and beat the **** out of it....My patience is gone for the day...lol

If you have Internet Explorer, go to Tools then Internet Options under the General tab there is the option to clear history and also the amount of time that history is kept. Hope this helps.

You could do what the previous person suggested, or:

Go to Tools,
Then Internet Options,
From there you should see Delete History

--delete history
settings--history

Firefox:

uncheck remember visited sites
uncheck remember forms & search
cookies
select ask every time

Open up the internet properties and there will be a button to delete all the history.

When you open history in a sidebar. Right click on the history and push delete.

trying to hide it from your mom go to start go to settings go to internet options and click delete history
