road improvement plans that the city has for nearby.
improvements that the complex will be doing soon?
Someone talking about plants that might do well as porch plants for your area.
regulations about grills in the complex?

1. welcoming new residents section
2. inspection dates (in out complex once a year to inspect fire / smoke alarms)
3. reminder of pool hours etc.
4. note of special events (like maybe complex bbq)
5. any large maintenance forthcoming (we had plumbers tearing out pipes etc and installing new for 6 months)...dates of water shut off etc.
6. reminder of office hours - special dates closure (holidays)
7. ask residents if they want to post items (like items for sale etc.)
these are just some....make sure you put graphics etc....
