Like if someone owed him a favor or if he pardoned someone and in return they let him pitch a game and it turned out he's got a wicked curve and a fastball that topped out at 102 mph and his command was just spot on. Would it matter if he pitched against one of the better teams or not?

I would hate him even more. I don't like the Yankees and neither do many others.

If the yank's needed a groundball pitcher, they'd not of given up on Chien-Ming Wang even together with his present day stump. The Sox already presented Chapman a deal yet the two way, he has never pitched in the majors and who's accustomed to how long his arm can carry on. If the yank's have been to outbid for Chapman and something is going incorrect together with his arm like Wagner (Tommy John surgical operation) then stable success with the wasted funds. additionally, i think of the real a million-2 punch for the yank's is Sabathia - Pettitte, Burnett walks too many batters. Why not get Cust instead of Holliday, he can play outfield and DH. i don't think of Cust has had as many at bats as Holliday had interior of a season previously yet hell, he's a transforming into slugger. reaction to: "i think of Holliday could make a contribution top, even although he's a righty hitter" Cust is a left surpassed batter so as that would desire to earnings that. (I never took a stable look on the recent Yankee's Stadium yet.) greater suitable: Granderson is a respectable hitter so a minimum of the yank's did not downgrade that lots in assessment to the Sox whom lost Bay and quickly to be Lowell.

I would consider likeing him, but only if he pitched that good so he had to get signed as a permanent pitcher on the team and out of office, and if he took them and won the world series i would really like him, cuz the Yankees rule.

I believe that if that happened, most people would accuse Dick Cheney of doctoring the ball, and say that Bush was actually infringing on the rights of the batters by not throwing easy to hit pitches.

The Bush haters would criticize him for not allowing the other side a hit. Or maybe that he cheated somehow.

Anything that would allow them to minimize the accomplishment of President Bush.

Nothing. Democrats would complain that he is depriving hitters of hits. The media would repeat the accusation. The people would assume the media is right.

Unless he pitched one into the crowd and Osama Bin Laden was there and it knocked his ugly head off...his approval rating probably wouldn't change.
