I bought some Flourish for my plants. I haven't used it yet. Is it safe to use if you have fish in the tank? Are there any fish that might be sensitive to it? Is it a good brand? Any other suggestions?

It won't hurt your fish, but in most cases, it won't help your plants either. Fish are the best fertilizer you can provide. Every time a fish poops, the plants get the nutrients they need. The fertilizer will likely just encourage algae growth.

yea you can use plant flourish in your tank they will be very benificial to your tank's ecosystem. some fish will decide to up root your plants though so you might want to think about getting plant anchors. they are basically aquarium safe bars of metal that the plant wraps it's roots arround. i know oscars are and other large fish will be the same way. most small fish wont bother the plants though.
