Nobody knows. The long range weather forecast for England is for more rain. The long range forecast is not that reliable though!

It's a little while since you asked the question and it's now Saturday night but if it was daytime right now it would be a beautiful day. Visibility is excellent and the sky is free of clouds, hopefully this will continue into Sunday.
The forecast is for an easing of the rain over the remainder of the weekend followed by a reasonable start to the week (sunshine and showers) before a return to more rain by the middle of next week. The long term outlook isn't too promising and it's possible that this summer is going to be one of the wettest and dullest for a long time. You can blame the Jet Stream, it's further south than normal and the crap weather it usually brings to the North Atlantic is being carried to the UK instead.

No visible signs of a summer in view.
Lets all just keep our fingers (and everything else) crossed, for some summer weather soon.
Sometimes it is like this though. I remember loads of downpours (cloudbursts) in the mid 80's either 84 or 85, that was a miserable summer too.
So in hindsight a miserable summer every 20+ years has to be acceptable or even expected.
Metcheck is a good and fairly accurate sight to keep an eye on.

The rain will stop when the low pressure system stuck over the UK weakens, which will be pretty soon in August. From mid-August we'll have a late summer that will be very fine and will last through September, and could well stay pleasant until Christmas. September will be a very nice month indeed.

I dont know. I think July will be a wash out. We may get some nice weather in August or in september but nobody has confirmed if we do or dont. Keep watching the weather forecast. We may get a heatwave if mother nature decides to be kind! lol
