Don't use bleach, it will make the stains even darker! Use a really good detergent that says it has "oxygenated power" on it, let it sit for 30 minutes then wash it as usual, if that doesn't work, dampen the area and put the detergent on it, then sit it out in the sun for a full afternoon, make sure to keep it moist, , then wash as usual. If those two things still don't work and the item of clothing is white use Hydrogen Peroxide on the area, let it sit for 30 minutes, and then wash it as usual. If it's a colored shirt instead of using Hydrogen Peroxide use 1tblspn of white Vinegar and a 1/2 cup water let it soak for 20-30 minutes then wash as usual. The last solution I have is Cream of Tartar, and 3 crushed asprin (the white kind), put these together in a cup of warm water use an old toothbrush to scrub and then let it sit for 20 minutes, rinse it off with warm water and then wash it, these steps can be repeated. If all this doesn't work then I don't know what to tell you!

Sadly, there is no reaallll solution to this. (I have the same problem! But moderate sweating) The most you can do is try the most expensive kind of deodorant out there. But for your dance, can't you just wear a tank top? and in pitch black or pure white? The sweat stains, if they get to the tank top, won't show up that much that way. And maybe if you're wearing a longsleeved shirt or hoody you can put a pad there? Idk (i've never done this before lol thinking out of my mouth). But some kind of protection there so the sweat doesn't show through your shirt. Sorry if I'm no help. But everyone gets sweat stains, it's normal.

Hi dogpaw,
have you tried Borax?
cold bucket or sink full of water, two scoops or a cup of Borax.
Stir and dissolve as much as you possibly can.
put the shirt in and let it soak
use a brush to scrub the stained area(s)
rinse the shirt thoroughly
let it start to air dry
if you can still see the stains, try the soaking and scrubbing technique a second time.
Next time you get a shirt you really like, treat the stain before you wash it. Drying is what permanently SETS a stain.
good luck ~

I find the best think for this is, Good old fashioned soap bar, soap. You can buy this in any hardware store. Soak in cold water, most stains come out easier when soaked in cold water. Rub the soap onto the stains, Leaving the soap on and the item off clothing free from water. 1/2 hr should be enough. This lets the soap do it´s work. Back to the cold water , give a little rub to the stains. Now rub in more soap, leave the soap on and pop into your machine , adding your normal washing powder a 40ºc wash. Once washed , hang your clothes outside in the sun. The sun will bleach out any remaining stains , the natural way. Washing your whites , this way & hanging them outside in the sun , will keep your white looking whiter than white

If your clothes are already stiff and discolored nothing will get it out. It is a stain that has already set ! If your still sweating alot after you have put deoderant the you need some help professionally! They make pill that will help you and if you are guy what is happening is that your putting the deoderant only on you hair so trim and thin and it should get better.

Put shirt in bucket of warm water, add a couple tablespoons white vinegar, and leave soaking for a while. Then wash as normal.
