The government has a right to tell me that I cannot intentionally or negligently hurt another citizen. That is part of the "police power" of the government.

Gov. can tell u if you are harming others in some way (including self).

Constitution gives them that right.

Our problem is that the gov via the congress have gone too far in assuming things at federal level that belong to state..
