this person is selling products with disney characters that she made..isnt that like knock off, could u get sued?

She may have got a license from Disney. If she hasn't, then she could technically get sued.

Absolutely she can be sued.
As I understand it, there are provisions in the copyright laws that you must defend your copyright or it will be lost. That means if Disney finds out about this they WILL come after her. It will probably be in the form of a cease and desist letter from Disney's lawyers. If she continues then she will be sued.

She could be sued, but Disney probably wouldn't waste their time.
They're only likely to be interested if this was a million or billion dollar venture....
