I am buying a website from a minor. What clauses and amendments do I need to make to the original agreement so that a co-signor(guardian) may sign?

As minors cannot enter into a contract, you must deal with their guardian.

You can't buy a website from a minor. It is the property of the guardian and you need to buy it from the guardian.

You can get one off of Westlaw or off of LexisNexis. You can also get examples from "form books" such as American Jurisprudence 2d.
