It's a good question but I'm not sure that there are any pedo porn sites (I wouldn't know). I thought most of the child porn was traded on P2P and things like that. I've never heard of actual websites, but maybe I'm a bit naive on the subject.

I suppose racist sites are published relatively openly, whereas the paedos hide their stuff more thoroughly, so it's easier for the racists to be found and shut down. I agree that it is way more important that child rapists are tracked down and dealt with though; surely the feds have the technology to find absolutely anything and anyone they want to online, and track down the criminals involved?

Even so, when it comes to racist sites I imagine that only the most vicious, dangerous ones get shut down, which I'm fine with.

You've got the reasons for this all wrong.

Racist people are usually stupid and full of sh*t and want to spread the preachings of their beliefs. To find these sites is quite easy because with certain key words they just pop up!!

With pedo porno sites, these people have learnt ways to hide the sites in many guises making it harder to detect and trace them. I'm saying these people are in any way intelligent - they are sick human beings who need catration, but the fact is they are harder to track. There are specialist police departments who monitor the internet and search for these sites.

This is simply because the urls porn sites use are regenerated in a cyclic fashion, and are never the same twice.

Heisenberg's uncertainty principle comes into play - if you look for the site, or even store it as a favourite, the next time you look for it you will get a 404.

I totally agree with you. They say they haven't got the power to shut them down. F**k off! If kids can hack into the pentagon computers then it can't be that hard to get pedo sites off the web!

It's easier to use automated programs to block sites that use specific keywords, like "cracker", or combinations of keywords, like "kill all the crackers", than it is to block graphic images.

I'm not sure about that. I've never seen a paedo porn site. Do you have a link to one?

I really did not know that...........interesting. That's actually really absurd and wrong.....why do they not stop the pedo sites then......................Probably because they watch it themselves!!!!!!
