After the Bach and Grieg: unlistenable to. The poor mite has potential, but he should be allowed to study -- and he needs a **LOT** of that: these clips were hopping with terribly bad habits -- and develop in total privacy for ten years or so and then perhaps emerge again. The Grieg was totally beyond him and the Bach, well, I had to bail out after 3 mins or so.

I hope he's allowed to grow up and mature in peace without this nonsense surrounding him. No rating, that's just unfair at his age.

Edit:

I'm grateful for my colleagues' support: nothing I said was rooted in a wish to offend or cause controversy, never mind rudeness. At 51 years of age, as a professional musican, I can say that most of my life has been in service of my craft. This little boy has potential -- his capacity for memorising is prodigious! I have gone back and listened again, *not* to those listed here which prompted my first observations. It has got no better and I can't change my view. I have tried simply to give an honest appraisal, and nothing compels me to change what I have said. (Whoever invoked the word 'freakshow' has my regretful concurrence.)

CubCur is not being rude -- just honest. That is what he was asked to do. He has considerable expertise in this area.

Sure the kid's good for his age -- but not the best of that sort of thing that I have heard.

Who taught him to hammer out Bach like that? My poor ears!!

Didn't hear much jazz in the jazz improv. I did listen to his take on Autumn Leaves -- I think he should steer away form jazz just yet until he really understands the theory and style behind it.

No rating.

most of these videos show kids with unusual abilities in different things, but I wonder what's the purpose of having website after website and posting video after video of the kid doing stuff that are great for kids but really lack many many things which make great art. I mean it's almost like who ever is trying to show off this kid like a freak side show or something.

Alana Brielle: that's impressive yet i do unlike Brielle very lots. that's impressive that that's unique yet I do in simple terms no longer in straightforward terms like the sound of Brielle. 5.5/10. Jocelyn wish. that's tremendously yet in simple terms ok. 6/10. Liliana faith. i admire Liliana- very lovable. faith is somewhat cheesy yet nevertheless tremendously. 8/10.

I agree with you, I think he's wonderful, thanks for introducing me to him, I'm a Bach lover so I loved his Bach, boy don't I wish I had a kid like that, It amazes me that someone as young as he is could play so well, all that knowledge in such a short time !!!!!!! I'm sure that we'll hear from him in the years to come !

Cubcur is correct. The kid has potential, but the Bach was choppy and I had to bail.
