Well in the UK the age of consent to sexual things is 16 so I don't think it is a criminal matter unless the girl thinks it is harassment. Although it does not seem nice or proper it depends a lot on the girl as to what action could be taken.The police could be informed and if they feel the situation is bad enough they could contact the police in the country of the man and the local police there could visit him and get him to desist.If the girl is sensible she could stop using the net for a couple of weeks

Of course the 17 year old can treat it as spam. . I have never heard of kitty porn. I would think that a 17 year old is quite capable of dealing with a sexual matter like this. I was having regular sex twice a week when I was 13. It was no problem in fact it was great.

Any 17 year old kid who falls for this crap has had a very sheltered life! What the hell is a 17 year old kid doing "conversing" with a middle aged guy from overseas???? Makes little sense to me.

What is the question? I have a 17 year old granddaughter. Believe me, she would tell that guy where to go & if he continued she would tell her parents & call the police.
WHY would this girl be talking to a middle aged man? AND WHY can't she get rid of him?

In spite of how great a venue the internet can be, kids and their folks should always be awares. There are too many chesters

Child pornography is putting kids under 18 into sexual relations/positions.
You might consider continuously asking for pictures stalking of an underage child.
(If people had ANY sense, they'd wait until kids were over 18!)
