The experience of deja vu --or the sensation that what you're doing something that you've dreamed of or somehow happened before-- is a common psychogenic (meaning, "originating in the mind") phenomenon. Whereas ordinary folks think something supernatural is going on (that note by the fundamentalist questioning whether you're dabbling in the occult was a rip), neurologists generally think of it as something like a brain burp in which the sequence of things that happen in a person's brain that make him or her aware and responsive to things goes a little off kilter for a second--so there is a perception in timing and memory that is peculiar. It seems as if you're doing something that happened before. It's merely a neural synapse or two misfiring in the brain, with the result having this kind of experience. It is also symptom of epilespy but having a deja vu experience doesn't necessarily mean that you have epilepsy. It simply means you're a human being and that you have a brain.

Certainly, plenty of people have experiences where they dream or forsee something that then happens. This is a little different from deja vu and whether it occurs through the same mechanism or has another, more transpersonal cause is a mystery but speaks momre of the power and mystery of the human consciousness than of anything supernatural.

As Shakespeare once said: "There are stranger things in this world than in all your philosophies, Horatio."

Sometimes things like this are just simple coincidences (i.e. basis for deja vu). However, if they become too common it may point to the obtuse and dark metaphysical world. Throughout documented time man has offered anecdotal evidence that metaphysical superhuman entities do exist. The Bible sheds light on their existence and history too (i.e. disobedient metaphysical entities D.M.E.).

The question is, if they are responsible for this, is WHY YOU? Are you dabbling in the occult? What are you doing to introduce non-Christian activities in your life? Are you into New Age religions like Wicca, etc.? Do you consult psychics or fortune tellers?

My recommendation? STOP IT now or it will get worse and they DO NOT have your best interest at heart despite what they may tell you in their own way... audio/visual delusions, etc. Try opening your Bible and doing some personal research. Pray to God using His real divine name that they (the D.M.E.'s above) are very fearful of. His name is as a tower!

No not organized religion's false version. What is it? Try looking it up as Ps 83:18 or Ex. 6:3 in a NON-King James or Catholic Douay version bible in where it was REMOVED some 6,800+ times and replaced with the simplistic meaningless title LORD. You need to ask yourself WHY would they do that? Hmmm... food for thought yes?

It's probably a dream you had but forgot. Most dreams that people don't remember, they tend to leave a deja vu when they begin to take shape in reality. It's usually like this for you to remember the experience and how you handled it.

MANY MANY MANY MANY times. Except I've never remembered the whole dream, but I'll wake up with one image in my head, and then, maybe, a week later I'll see the image in real life.
