I threw 6 odd socks out the other day, I take them off, put them in pairs in the wash basket, but they always end up in my drawer odd! Either the other half or the washer eats them.

At your age you haven't heard of the dryer monster. I say dryer because we all know the socks come out of the washer fine. Once they get into the dryer that freaken little monster plays havoc on our pairs and turns them into singles. I know somewhere out there in this great big universe is an island of single socks waiting for their mate. Hopefully some day they will be reunited
