DRAGON say Yes. We can block a user and close our Q's & A's to non-contacts but none of that really seems to help people still get deleted for no apparent reason & with no explanation.
Friend Phigment didn't have Q&A's closed and got a violation on a resolved Q(he thinks)
Why do people even care about those? It's over once resolved, let them be.

Oh if only it was possible... sometimes I 'restrain' myself from YA for a while just to escape a bit from the bad bits here. But I think the blocking and report abuse functions are like electronic restraining orders, pity its only partially effective... and that it works both ways... fair and unfair.

no, people should be heard in court in person if they want a restraining order. online would make it too easy and then anyone could get one for no good reason.
