I say any cheater. That should include any steroid takers or bat corkers. Their records should also be taken away.

Bill Mazeroski - a .260 career hitter. He was a good defensive player (eight gold gloves), but so was Frank White for the Royals -he also won eight gold gloves (.255 career BA)- but is never mentioned about getting into the Hall of Fame. I think that one home run in the World Series, and a series of bribes to the veterans committee, is basically the only reason he's in the hall.

SS-Joe Tinker of the Cubs. Had it not been for the media making such a catchy phrase out of Tinker, to Evers, to Chance when they turned double plays, I serioulsy doubt he would be in the hall.
He was a .263 life time hitter with 31 home runs in 15 seasons and only batted over .300 once in those 15 seasons.

Player -- Phil Rizzuto, though I could pick a few others with a bit of research.
Non-player -- Charles Comiskey. There's several words for people like him, none of which the censor filters will let get by, so I won't type them.

Perry may have been a cheater but he was sure innovative. And still a good pitcher despite the brill cream and vaseline. I wouldn't take anybody out though. I think that's disrespectful and anybody who made it there, had skills that deserve recognition.
By the way Dodgerblue,
Go Padres!

Rather than take someone OUT... the FIRST adjustment I would make is to put the late, great Buck O' Neill in there!

no one.
all of the people in the majors had to work all their lives to make it there. and to make it to the hall is even tougher. i think out of respect for the players and the game of baseball, i'm gonna say i wouldn't take anyone out who worked that hard to get in.
if you worked so hard as a child, a teenager, and an adult to accomplish something and then you did and you got recognized for it, would you like it if somebody said they hate you and you don't deserve it? i don't know you, and i've certainly got nothing against you, but just think about it. that wouldn't be fair.

Any racists, murderers, and people who took greenies or any other drug to enhance their play. Otherwise, if that's not possible, nobody. Every era has their skeletons so let's just put that one to rest!
