waxing ur eyebrows would be very painful i think...y dont you instead plug ur eyebrows? much less painful and doesnt cost anything.. if u still really wanna get ur brows plugged you can go to any beauty salon and they should do it as most do...waxing and things as such.. then you will either have to make an appointment if they are all booked for the day or you could go straight through... they will consult with you about wht style you would like and then wax your eyebrows with little tiny strips.. after that the skin around your eyes will be soar, and red and a bit painful.. expect little red dots where the hairs used to be (blood) although i told u all this i neva tried it and would not like to try it as it can be very painful as the skin around the eyes is very gentle and irritable, PLUG instead..

Stop plucking your brows for about a week before your appointment so the tech has a bit more to work with & can get a good grip on the brow hairs.

Ask to have your brows plucked if you are using Retin-A or anything that thins your skin. Let the tech know what medications you are taking to be sure it is safe to wax.

1) Avoid caffeine 24 hours before the appt. to minimize redness.

2) Don't schedule an appointment near your period. Women are more sensitive to pain around that time.

3) Bring photos of what you have in mind. i.e. Full natural brows just groomed or high thin arches. Ask what will work w/ your face shape & features the best.

Ask friends for recommendations.

I'm not familar with England but when you go into any beauty salon you just ask to have your eyebrows waxed or plucked I would opt for waxing it is painful for a few seconds and you will have some redness for a while afterwards and ask to have them shaped ,thats all well worth having done they frame the face .
