my tank size is 30 gallons and im gonna get tetra. im not sure if the filter peguin 150 bio will provide oxygen.

That is actually only the refill cartridge for a filter

The bubble machine provides the oxygen. You can buy an oxygen pump for around $20 on Ebay.

Buy airpump...and air hose. They aren't very expensive..
