The age old saying "Life has its ups and downs" comes to mind. We all go through that, its part of being and adult human being. Find productive and healthy ways to cope with it. Only you can figure that out. When I feel in the dumps I jump on my bicycle and hammer down the road for about 20-30 miles. Of course I do the same when I feel great also. But, it helps. Avoid the temptation of outside modivators like drugs and alcohol. Make freinds, talk to freinds, talk to family be positive. If it persists then maybe seeing the doctor could help.

its a normal part of life. I dare say everyone has up days and down days, sometime worse than others. I think the problem comes in when you have more down days that up days. Sometimes, when you are truly "down in the dumps", try making yourself go out for a walk or read a book or something else that you enjoy doing. I have found that sometimes doing that seems to force me to feel better. It's sometimes hard to make yourself do that when you don't really feel like it, but remind yourself that it may help and then do it.

If you find that you are frequently having more down days than up days, consider visiting with your doctor about it. You COULD have some clinical depression going on or something similar. Your doctor can help sort through that.

By the way, thought I was going crazy last year with same kinda thing you are talking about. Also couldn't stay focused on tasks and all. Finally discovered and realized i wasn't getting enough sleep. Got that squared away, and the other junk got better too.

Good Luck

Are you bipolar or something? Do you have manic depression? Ok if you're bipolar it means that you have severe highs and very low depression. Meaning you're really moody when it comes to things. I have that sometimes but it isn't like the worst thing ever. Umm, when you feel happy do you just like feel happy like nothing can bring you down you're on top of the world and you don't care if anybody is watching you, you're just having fun? And when you're depressed you act all emo, you say the world hates me, you like to cut yourself, and do whatever emo people do? Well that's what happens when you're bipolar.

You dont mention your age, however if youre young (under21) its probably due to teh increase in testosterone and effect therein

if it continues and affects your daily routine for over 4 weeks, see a doctor and make sure everything is ok.

I feel like that sometimes...sometimes I wonder if I am Bi-Polar, or sometimes I wonder if that is just how life is....either way I've gotten used to it. Need to accept the good with the bad.

Humans usually have a cycle of emotions. We can't be happy, or even neutral, every day. We have to have sad days and angry days, too. It's natural, so don't worry.

sounds like you are bipolar...(and if not all, most teens get like this) if you aren't a teen, but an adult, you may want to go see the doc. i am sure he will be glad to help you out.

You are Bi-polar and need drugs - seratonin-uptake inhibitors, like Paxill or Effexor may help -see your doctor or go to Mexico and just buy them at any drug and liquor outlet.
