1. A book refers to anything bound between two covers with text and optional pictures. A novel is a fictitious work with none or minimal pictures that contains a concrete plot with an exposition, suspense building and action, climax, decline and resolution. It does not use the play format of name: speech.
2. Movies will still show the movie even if no one buys a ticket, as people may arrive late and purchase tickets after the movie has started, and simply waiting until someone waled in to start the movie would set the next showing back by varying lengths.
3. FBI/police/ any civil servant damage to your house is covered by most homeowners insurance. If not, the person is stupid and should have bought the insurance w/ the house.
4. Kings are forbidden to marry other men, and marriages were out of national connections rather than love. If a king changed the rule, the new man would be a prince or duke, coming before the firstborn son.
5. It is the law to swear on the bible, and Atheists have to do it, but they do not believe that the oath has any meaning for them, similar to an atheist praying, even though he "knows" its not going to do anything.

OK - here goes!
What's the difference between a novel and a book? -
A book is actually a generic term for any type of published written material - such as cookbook, artbook, history book, etc. A novel is normally a fiction story with chapters, a plot and characters.
If nobody buys a ticket to a movie do they still show it?
Sure! After all - the movie attendent needs to have something to do. And if he realizes that no one is going to show up, he can hurry up, call his girlfriend and spend some time making out.
If the FBI breaks your door down do they have to pay for it? Absolutely not. In fact - you will probably pay for it. 5-25 in a federal pen...
If a king is gay and marries another guy what is that guy to the royal family?
The guy who got the king dethroned and exiled....
When Atheists go to Court, they can't swear on the bible, can they?
Sure - why not? They *could* swear on Moby Dick, but whether they will or not is a different matter. I'm sure most courts, especially in well known liberal areas, have alternatives or just allow swearing to tell the truth without placing your hand on the Bible.

A "novel" is always a fiction book, a "book" is any book: the dictionary is a book, but no one would call it a novel.
If the people who work at the theater want to see it, they just might.
I have no idea. I imagine that if you turn out to be innocent, you could totally demand compensation.
An embarrassment. No, I imagine that when there were real kings and such, even the gay ones married for politics and to produce heirs-- the whole point is to carry on the bloodline.
They can, but they might be thinking sarcastic things at the time. And, though they might feel bound by personal ethics, the Bible would hold no real binding power for them. (And I like that you capitalized "atheists," but not "Bible".)
lol, cute questions! :)

A novel is a story, a book is just a book.
They don't show the movie if nobody buys a ticket, but they will show it if the people that work at the theatre want to watch it.
The FBI doesn't pay for things.
The royal family would usually disown the child before they allow him to marry another man.

Books have to be written or printed.
They do show the movie just in case somebody comes late.
The FBI would pay for it if you brang it to court.
Few kings admit to being gay, but I assume they just choose a heir or adopt a son.
Atheists swear on the bible, but they are really just swearing to the court so that it is illegal if they lie.
