I was born on the 27th, but if I was actually born on the 29th then that would be the only day that I would celebrate my birthday because that would have been the day I was born, not on the 28th or 1st like most people would like to do. Also if that were the case I would actually be a lot younger than I am & would never be afraid to get old because it would take forever. LMBO.

You can celebrate your Un-Birthday 364 days/year, (Alice in Wonderland) but I think people born 2/29 would celebrate thier B-day on March 1 the other 3 yrs.

Have a friend with that birthday. He has a twin sister. Unless it was leap year, his parents use to celebrate her birthday on Feb 28 th (since she was born first) and his on March 1st. That way they had got to have their own special day most years.
Legally, a person born on Feb 29th is treated as having his birthday on the 28th unless it is a leapyear. Things like your driver's license expire on the 28th (at least in my state).
