I already ran spybot search and destroy in safe mode and it helped get rid of some of the spyware (winanti2007 crap) but this llehs site keeps popping up randomly.

Don't use Internet Explorer. Use Firefox. It's free, it's fast and it's secure.

You can download it from:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

If the problem crops up in Firefox as well you'll need to scan your computer for malware / spyware. Try Ad-Aware:
http://lavasoft.com/

Hit the green "Download Ad-Aware Free" button on the right of the screen when you get to the site.

download and install ad-aware se by lavasoft and spybot search and destroy. Both can be downloaded from download.com and they are both free. Run them on your system to get rid of the spyware/adware effecting your internet explorer. If you start your computer in safe mode (pressing f8 while starting up) you will get a better scan.
