ok i have empoleon lvl 62 male
with a lvl 29 dittos but it doesnt like each other
will they still breed
and what do i do

they will breed no problem, just gonna take a bit longer for them to produce an egg.

No. You can breed pokemon even if it says they don't like each other, you just have a less percentage of getting an egg. You CAN'T breed with Togepi because Togepi is considered a baby pokemon. However, if you evolve Togepi, then you can breed it. Hope this helped you out. ;D

Even if they do not like each other your empoleon and ditto will still have an egg.

A pair of pokemon will always mate unless you get the message of "they prefer to play with others", in which case they will not mate.
