When kids act in R rated movies are they allowed watching them even if they are underage.. For example Dakota fanning in Man on Fire, was she allowed watching the movie when she finished it?

Not by herself; she would need a parent or guardian

Movies don't generally even get ratings until well after they have been produced and seen by anyone involved in the production that cares to attend one of the pre-Premier screenings. You don't have to be 17 to see an unrated movie, particularly at a private screening.

I would say the answer is 'yes'. For R movies you just have to have someone over the age of 17 with you (or to buy the tics for you, anyway)

Most kids can watch R movies and they have never been on TV. My parents do not let me watch R movies. :(

If she saw it in a theater, she'd have to have a parent or guardian with her, just like anyone else underage.
