A good husband will help cook supper once in awhile. A good husband will take the kids out for awhile so momma can have some quite time for herself. A good husban will help clean the house, even if it's once a month. Every little bit helps. He can even run a bubble bath for his wife and maybe even join her. The best thing I think a husband can do is to keep showing how much he loves his wife. Show affection. Just cause you won her over don't mean you need to stop trying to show her affection. Woman like the attention. You taking notes?

I gave my husband all these things, and he still dumped me for a woman half my (our) age(s) who is only interested in his money. So I'd say: a good husband makes a good wife!

One that listens and can openly discuss matters that effect the both of you.
One that is there for you through the thick and thin.
One that is faithful and trusting.
One that can be responsible.
One that is truthful.
These are my biggest concerns when I think about what makes my husband a good husband.

With us it's truth, wisdom, equality, suffering and learning together to make us whole instead of individuals, independence from others, caring, kindness, compassion. Without one, the other is lost. We work as a team, a unit, a couple. Not as adversaries or friends.

Listening and picking your battles.Giving each their own space, time to hang out with their friends or do what each wants to do.You need to have friendship to thrive in a marriage...believe me I know what I am talking about.When you make time for each other even when you are busy. It shows you are genually care for one another.When you let go of short comings you will start falling in love with each other again.
It worked for my husband and I .

Meet each others needs... also, my father in law said that it's when each person loves the other more than themselves...
Take a look at any failing relationship... it's because one or both are not meeting their spouses needs. Find a couple that meets each others needs and you will find a very happy couple!

Well mainly understanding,communication, care, TRUST and loads of love...ability to stand on your own feet as well..its good if two people are well different from each other coz each one contributes to what the other lacks and its like a balance....other then that...experiences teach you more..

She must be a maid in the living room, a gourmet chef in the kitchen, and a whore in the bedroom.
