shirt to a 1pm church ceremony? If yes/no...any suggestions?
OR would a skirt of some sort be better?
Maybe black dress pants with a silver pin stripe?

I love black on black, it always looks chic. Try tying in a punch of color with your accessories, like an ivory scarf, or a chunky necklace, or a stand-out bracelet. (but not all of them together)

You said church ceremony so I am assuming you mean wedding ceremony not church service, in which case you might want to try not to wear all black to a wedding its seen as a bad omen as if you were mourning.

1] sleeveless - yes, tank top - yes, strapless or camisole - no.
2] bring a jacket, sweater, or lacy shawl - some churches have better air conditioning than others.
3] add some silver or gold accessories

Yeah that's fine. "If you show the top part, cover the bottom." So yes pants are good

Hey you sure know how to dress, If it is warmer you could go with a skirt and strappy sandals if you want to. Please pick me for best anwser I have never had it thanks.
