I know some people love it because it has LGBT movies and shows on it, while others think that it is a poor portrayal of the LGBT lifestyle.
What do you think about it?

Before I choose best answer I would like to respond to a few answers.
Yea, I'm tired of them playing reruns of Bad Girls. Noah's Arc is alright, I really can't stand Curl Girls, but I do like Be Real.
Tegarst- that is exactly what I watch. Love SciFi channel, especially X-Files reruns.
I'm a big fan of Queer As Folk, it's not a very acurate portrayal, but it isn't trying to be. Hey, it's hot guys, hot girls, and a good storyline with the more than not so occasional inapropriate scenes. I'm going to get the box set soon, well, season one. L Word is awesome, too.
squeaky-yea, the repetitiveness annoys me. Rick and Steve is hillarious, as is the Big Gay Sketch Show.
And lastly, Hunterhous10-grr, Queer As Folk is the greatest. Yea, I understand it's not for everyone, but I do really like the storyline and the characters are incredible.
Now.. how do I pick best answer... I liked a lot of the answers...

I love the concept. There are only a few shows on it that actually intrigue me though. Noah's Arc, Curl Girls and Be Real. I wish there were more programming geared towards the lgbt community, so i defintiely have to give LOGO a hand clap for being a jetsetter :)

at least it's a start....I feel the same way about Queer Eye or Queer as Folk....but, there are SOME good shows.....but to each their own.
My favs are: Bad Girls, Big Gay Sketch Show, Rick and Steve, and all the movies...but I don't watch too much tv...

I watch movies on Sundays sometimes on LOGO...I haven't had a chance to watch Queer as Folk on that channel yet. I don't like when shows haved to be edited because of the content...But that was my show on Sundays on Showtime...The L Word is good to, I just hate it when a show develops a core audience and then change everything that you loved about it....

I do enjoy Logo. I do not watch it all the time but I do keep my eye on the programming in hopes of catching any good shows.

I love the big gay sketch show.
some of the movies are ok.
if i had to pay for it.. i wouldnt.
oh yeah... and that steve and..... you know... the little um... plastic men... like lego men... OMG!! forking hilarious!!!

I don't get cable, so I've never seen it. I wish it weren't so expensive, I'd love to see some gay tv.

in my opinion I think it's stupid because "GLBT" people are still human. I'm a lesbian. Yes that is a label. But if you think about it, i've grown into using that word. I just hate that society thinks we're sick for being interested in the same sex. I wish people would get over their self.
