It depends how much close they are, first cousins are an absolutly NO for me, I feel they are like sister and brother, but second cousins is not that bad,

Medically it is bad and socially also, cause it creates lots of problems in the family in case of a divorce.

Besides the obvious reasons of family pressures being intensified there is a much greater risk of any children from such a marriage inheriting any problematic genetic predispositions that may be latent in normal circumstances.
My main contention against such marriages as arayed is that I have a feeling in many cases the marriages would not be contracted out of love, but by the cohersion of family.
In most, if not all cases the arrangement that binds two branches of one family together would most likely have a greater increased financial, business or property benefits to the families involved rather than just the interests and benifits of the two individuals being married.
In addition, know that I certainly could not imagine marrying any of my cuz's,heck no, yuk!
I am still on my L plates as far as Islam goes.
But in my studies so far I have not any found anything that actually forbids it. Although it is not mentioned specifically in the Koran I have been told that it is certainly not encouraged.
It is not acceptable by the rules and moral standards of most religions and societies of the world and in some Western countries it is actually forbidden by the laws of the church and the land and the parties can be convicted.

Not encouraged by Islam and quite hated by doctors.

My personal opinion it is not healthy for the children and community. It may generates some social problems inside the family.
Think if there is a divorce or troubles between the wife and her husband, they will not only lose each others only, but they will be away from their both relatives.

I'm against it 95%

i answered you before....
i don't like marriage within the family...and the opinion of Islam is clear in the prophet's hadith:"اغربوا و لا تضووا"
صدق رسول الله
it means marry from far(اغربوا) and not from near/ur family تضووا
it's not haram but not preferable(makrouh)...for many reasons as the diseases and the percentage of deformation in the fetus...
