Depends on what you're looking for:
Low - fixer upers can go anywhere from $15,000 - 30,000.
Middle of the road - $40,000 - 60,000
If you're looking for something supper nice - anywhere from $100,000 - 850,000

In metro Atlanta and surronding areas between $100,000 and $1 million. Could be higer. Any where you go you are paying for the house, the school, the neighborhood, etc. All those factors influence the cost of a home.
