I'm not sure what your asking, but I work in a grocery store that has a customer service desk. We do Western Unions there. I have a lady who has to fuel several truck drivers of her company. She got several prepaid credit cards that she gives them and has the number wrote down. When they need gas, she puts money on the cards. I think it's a cool idea.

there are two companies that can really help you, Comdata and T-Check. Both of which are set up for truck drivers, they are basically a credit card that you can buy fuel with (both diesel and reefer fuel) and get cash on them for emergencies and for cash needed while on the road. Check them both out and see which works for you.

You could give each driver a credit card for a local gas station or truck stop. Maybe a card with daily limits. Maybe each card is associated with one truck, so you can control the costs.
