Explain why dragon pulse covers one of lucario's weaknesses
i did research...
and dragon is only super effective agaisnt freaking dragons
lucario is NOT a dragon (that would be weird)
using the poketech to make sure im right
its only weak agaisnt:
Fighting, Fire, and Ground
I don't see dragon in here
so how does that cover a weakness....
tell me some stuff while i try to find my stylus...

Think about the dragon types, they can learn flamethrower, fly moves and in some cases earthquake.
If you don't have dragon pulse on lucario you will be at a serious disadvantage against one.

Staraptor. The thing is that Staraptor is not that strong in battle and if you really need to use the HM Fly just teach it to Salamence. On a scale on 1-10 Staraptor is 5 and Lucario is 9, soooooo......you might want to change.

i don't think it's a weakness at all.
since lucario is part steel type, dragon moves are not that effective against it.
i think dragon pulse is one of its strengths against dragon-type pokemon. so this would make lucario effective against dragon pokemon(that is if that pokemon does not know ground moves like earthquake or magnitude, a fighting move or a fire-type move).

Since Lucario are able to learn dragon moves(like dragon claw), it is possible to be his weakness against dragon type pokemons.
