I am a woman who is a little overweight by like 15 lbs and I sweat so bad I leave sweat stains on my shirts. What kind of deordant should I use to help prevent sweating so bad?

deodorants will just helping you suppress the sweat for a short time not to end it , so what i recommend is that, there's a site that is called stop sweating and start living , it offers a book that carries the same title, i think it will be very helpful for you. here is the link to the site http://stop-sweating.co.nr/ , hope it helps.

I use Arrid XX, but another trick you can try is periodically switching between brands (I have no idea why, but this sometimes works). Consider using dress shields (pads that stick in the armpit part of your shirt) to soak up the sweat and reduce sweat stains. If none of these work, talk to your doctor and get a prescription deodorant that will do a better job. (And unless your doctor said so themself, don't assume your weight is making the sweating worse- that's a myth.)

There's a new one from Secret called "Secret Clinical" or something like that that is supposed to be good for heavy sweating. I've always liked Degree.

i use degree (shower clean scent) it works wonders for me. but you will proberby have to try diffrent types to see whick kind works for your bodys ph.
