In a perfect world, Kane would take it from him on Sunday by pinning Batista, and then a feud between the two monsters (Batista is not a monster, so he needs to stay out of this feud) would continue through the rest of the summer and part of autumn.
Sadly, we live on Earth, and Vincent Kennedy McMahon has been known to repeatedly disappoint the good WWE fans (I would say "constantly", but there have been moments like Undertaker pinning Batista at WrestleMania 23 that are the exception to the rule), which means the World Heavyweight Championship is likely to change hands on Sunday, but if it changes hands, Batista will be the new champion.
If The Great Khali gets past Sunday with the title belt, he will likely feud with whoever was not pinned in that Triple Threat.
If the feud is with Kane, I hope the title changes hands at SummerSlam with the feud continuing at least until October (culminating with Khali's second title reign), but there likely won't be any title change until Batista is once again the #1 Contender.
If the feud is with Batista, I hope Khali's reign lasts until one of two things happens: (1) Kane supplants Batista as #1 Contender, or (2) Undertaker returns from injury and takes Batista's place as #1 Contender. Regardless of what I want to happen, if Khali and Batista feud (a disaster waiting to happen because Batista is no Undertaker or Kane), WWE will give Batista the belt at SummerSlam and bump Khali back to upper-midcard for the rest of the year (which is pretty much what they were going to do to him on RAW before the Draft sent him to SmackDown and saved his title aspirations).
Here's what we know:
1. The Great Khali will only lose the title at a PPV
2. Batista will be the one to take the title away from Khali
3. Kane is a much more deserving champion than Batista (Kane's even more deserving than Khali because of the many years of service Kane provided the WWE)
and 4. WWE will continue to screw Kane over just to shove Batista down our throats
All else is only known by people inside the WWE.

Once Summer Slam comes he'll get beat then. Maybe Sunday Kane will get pinned by Big Dave and then Dave vs. Khali at Summer Slam. "yawn", I know.

Never. He needs to take a break and add significantly to his move-set and then maybe get the title. It's called credibility, people.
