heres my dress

its black(duh) and long(duh again)but in the front it comes up to my knees in a big slit.its an open back too. i'm getting it tailored on the bottom but before i do i need to find heels to wear with it. i'm wearing it to homecoming this fall. i do not want black shoes. i will not wear anything over 2 1/2 inches of heel, at least not to a dance. pictures would be nice. i'm open to any colors and almost any styles. also what jewlery should i wear?
and am i crazy to be wearing such a formal dress to my freshman homecoming? my sister was gona wear it to her senior prom but it didnt fit. it fits me beautifly and it saved them $50 (that was the cost of sending it back). i look so damn elegant in it, it almost made me cry the first time i put it on! also are there any hair things i can do with my short hair? (it looks like my avatars) thanx a bunch

Unfortunately, I can't view the link w/ your dress. However, if you do look like your avatar (cute short blonde hair) I would go w/ turquoise as an accent color (shoes, jewelry, clutch purse, etc.) or you can always go w/ something a bit more classic such as gold or silver shoes to match w/ gold or silver accessories. Personally, I think the turquoise will really make the outfit pop especially on photos.

because you're dress is black, you can wear just about any color shoes and accessories, but they all have to match in shades. So if you want wear aqua shoes with matchind earrings, bracelet, necklace, etc. Silver accessories and shoes look very nice with black.

Find ouf what the theme of your homecoming dance is before you decide to wear this outfit. my high school had semi-formal homecoming dances but I've been to other schools where the kids wore jeans and T-shirts.

I think silver strappy sandals w/silver & black jewlery would look great. As far as your hair, some cute black & silver barretes would be nice or you could do a skinny beaded headband.

I think silver would be the best match. i had a dress similar to that color for prom and i wore silver shoes. it was a great match
