Actually both gave out the punishments but I would rather have my dad punish me because he didn't do it as hard as my mom did...

Generally mom. She usually snitched and then dad would come home and carry out the punishment. But believe, it was well deserved.

My dad!!! He was a Drill Sgt in the Army for 15 years, so he was a hard a$$, espically when it came to punishments. Bc of the military standards of clean, we would have do make the house spotless every Sat!!! It sucked

My parents had girls, so my father never hit us or never punished us, but my mother could look at us and we would shake, she gave out all the punishment and spanking.

My mom. (My parents divorced when I was 4.)
I gave out punishments to our daughters because my husband is a big softie who didn't want the girls to see him as "the bad guy".

my mom gave me the punishments and my dad ( SINCE I HAVE ONLY KNOWN HIM FOR ABOUT 1 year) he is afraid to punish me becuase he thinks I wont like him anymore.......

Mom..she was home more...my dad only spanked me once in my life for going in the street..I hate real life and sitcoms where the kid does something wrong, and the mother says "Wait till you father gets home"...that's hours later...move on!!!!

my dad. I remember one time I had forgot to do my chores. (I was about 8) and my dad came home with the belt and I ran up the tree in our front yard. lol
Then he cut the branches when ihe found my hiding spot lol

My mom did, but since i am one of five i was the good kid and never got punished. but my mom laid down the law in my house.
