A circumcised penis has the foreskin removed. This is NOT "extra" skin; it is very sensitive and protects the head of the penis from rubbing on clothing and getting dirt in it. When the man gets an erection, the foreskin rolls back automatically, kind of like an eyelid, exposing the glans (head of the penis). There really is not much difference in appearance when the man has an erection, but the foreskin covers the glans the rest of the time in an intact man.

Intact men have much greater sensitivity, and studies show that 90% of women who have been with both cut and uncut men think the intact penis gives greater pleasure.

The foreskin can be easily rolled back for washing, so cleanliness of the intact penis is not a problem.

The difference is as follows, an uncircumcised penis usually has the skin covering the whole head of the penis. It can be rolled back when necessary. In the case of the circumcised penis about one to two inches of the loose skin covering the head of the penis is snipped off so that there is no skin covering the head. I think it looks nicer and I think it is easier to keep clean. Hope this helps you.

if he's not circumsized, you'll not see the "head", it'll just look like a piece of sausage. When it's hard the head will be visible.

non-circumcized has foreskin extending over the head, circumcized doesn't have the extra skin leaving the head fully exposed.
