I wouldn't be concerned if I were the Red Sox. A seven game lead is still big, and a losing streak for the Yankees and a winning streak of the Sox will change that completely. I'd imagine Red Sox fans are optimistic.

Ummm last I checked Red Sox were in first by seven games...as a Red Sox fan I am looking forward...towards October (as I imagine the players are too) and not looking backwards towards second. The Yankees will have to pry first away from the Red Sox and I honestly don't think they will this year.

the yankees suck
while they have good individuals that in no way makes them a good team
the red sox on the other hand are an amazing group of athletes that work well together

because there the new york Yankees there a better team that what they showed in the first half which was embarrassing so they came out and what to prove who they are in the second half and they have so far they need to keep it up and the red sox should be afraid

GO YANKEES! yeah i kinda feel bad for you guys though, i mean with the whole curse and all that stuff. haha oh well, maybe u should become a yankee fan. GOOOOOO YANKEES!!! the yanks will catch the sox, we will be in first and we will win championship number 27 this year! 27 in '07 baby!!!
