You need to add that all the marines and soldiers being prosecuted for murder in Iraq be given a full pardon as well. I am an army vet who did 2 tours in Iraq and I understand the kind of stress placed upon soldiers on the ground. These guys are trying to make it home alive. Our weak government sends them over with a "handcuffed" rules of engagement, and when they try so save their own life, they end up being charged with murder. Decisions have to be made in a hurry, and a second of hesitation can be the difference between living and dying. If you feel your life is in danger you should have the right to protect yourself, and I don't fault anyone for doing so.
