trust me, unless you are being abused.. stay.. save every dime you can and move out on your terms.. I moved out when I was 16, and I'm doing fine now.. 7 years later.. but please take my advice, you don't know what you are getting into. And besides, you can't stand to live at home, why would you make things hard on yourself when you can save some money and move out and be fine.. be smart.. good luck with whatever you choose to do

Each state is different, you'll have to call the county clerks office and find out the age for your state.
OR, you can get a lawyer and file a "Irreconcilable Differences" lawsuit and petition for separation and legal possession of your guardianship and become, An Emancipated Minor. A good movie to watch/rent is Irreconcilable Differences" with Ryan McNeil and Drew Barrymore. That movie will shed quite a bit of light on the answer you are seeking. Good Luck, but always remember. The grass always seem greener on the other side. Be damn sure this is what you want before you take this drastic of a step. For their is no going back, and its a brutal world out there all alone!

The legal age to move out from your parents house would be age 18. I suggest you move out at the age 18 because that way your an adult at that age and your able to relie on yourself and no one else.

18, unless you become an Emancipated Minor, which is basically the same as divorcing your parents. Macaulay Caulkin, the "Home Alone" kid, filed for emancipation when he was like 16, so he could control his own finances and move out before becoming a legal adult.

you can physically move out whenever you choose to, there is no law telling you when you have to leave by. if you're asking about when you can be removed from their care or legal custody or being "emancipated" as a minor (under age 18)--you can do that if you make a case that they aren't taking proper care of you (shelter, food, etc.) and abusing you in some way. not sure what you were asking, hopefully that answers your question. stay safe!

move out of parents
i don't think thts gud
i think we shuld always be with ur parents who haz brought us all upto thiz age without thinking of their own happiness they think abt us,nd in reply they just expect the same frm us at their old age
so in my opinion moving out of ur parents sight iz not going to work atall but yes u can move up anytime for ur further studies or job experience but tht too for a short span of time
