The ability to peer as deeply into each other's minds as one can one's own mind. It would be a bit rough at first - the resistance to opening one's self up to let others see the "real you" is phenomenal. But we'd adjust, and probably very rapidly. We'd be a world without secrets, a world in which we can put ourselves into the position of any other person on the planet and truly and completely understand them. There wouldn't be any reason to hide anything because once we truly understood each other, we'd realize that we're all only human, we're all flawed, and that nobody has any right feeling superior to anybody else. Thoughts and fantasies we wouldn't dare to share now - we'd realize that almost everybody has them, and thus, it's naught to be ashamed of.

Unblockable empathy for anyone you are within 2 feet of.
If we all could feel the emotions, not necessarily the thoughts, but the true emotions of the erson across from us, the world would be a different place.

Enhanced world perception... So we could really feel our environment, and communicates better with it... This would prevent a lot of stupid things to happen, and will increase people awareness of our real position in nature (which mean we would respect it).
Also, since life is not everything about humans, but for all living things, it would help human civilization to grow beyond years of conflicts and make us prospere much longer, than if we continue to exploit all those natural ressources...

Definitely, flying. If we could fly, than we wouldn't need to use vehicles as much, which would be good for the environment.
Plus, how awesome would it be to fly, without any help from air planes, or anything but ourselves.

teleportation would be a bad *** new skill but i fear it would cause problems with criminal activities. i would say telepathy would probably be the best route to create the most honest society though
