A natural philosopher is someone who is intuitive and looking for complete answers, not just superficial means to get by. It is a good thing.

It could mean that the person is several centuries old. We don't use the term "natural philosopher" nowadays. It was used, for instance, in Sir Isaac Newton's times (17th, 18th centuries) to refer to scientists, typically physicists and biologists. Newton's most famous work was titled PHILOSOPHIAE NATURALIS PRINCIPIA MATHEMATICA ("Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy").
So natural philosophy, as a branch of learning, is simply the natural sciences (physics, chemistry, biology) which investigate the workings of nature, as opposed to the social sciences or the humanities. The term "natural philosopher" ultimately derives from the ancient Greek term "physikos", a philosopher who speculates about the nature and origin of the cosmos (e.g., Thales, Pythagoras).

Very simply, it means you are a wise individual, In general it suggests that you have a tendency to think things trough before you speak. Some people learn best through experimentation (trial and error) others learn better by mentally pondering their options and then selecting the best one. (Most of us fall somewhere in between).
