I firmly believe that a person is innocent until proven guilty so I can't condemn Michael Vick until all the evidence has been laid out.

That being said, the allegations against Vick are troubling. The details in the indictment are heart-wrenching and sickening. More troublesome is the fact that these charges are being brought by the US Attorney's Office. Federal Prosecutors are not like state prosecutors who will rush to bring charges against prominent athletes just for the publicity value( see Mike Nifong). The Feds don't go after someone unless they have all their ducks in a row.

From what has come out in the media so far... it would seem that there is a good possibility that he was aware that these events were happening. Mr. Vick has a troubled past and history and it isn't that far-fetched that he would be involved in such practices... he should get his day in court and if the evidence does implicate him then he should receive the maximum penalty that the law allows and loose his athletic career. Sad the things that people do and don't even think twice about.... makes you wonder if he could do that to animals.... what else is he capable of.... cruelty to animals is one of the signs of a person with a disturbed mind

Angry at first, but now I just feel sorry for him. He's just another in a long line of uneducated blackmen that once they get a little money, they loose all concept of what is right, as if money puts them above all else. Now having said that, I do recognize White men have done it too, but it does not define the race, the generation or the moral compass of the white culture, like it does for the black population. Sorry, but I would venture a guess that most blacks don't see the problem. The guy got some bling, bling, he's boss, he can kill dogs if he want to or shoot up clubs or rape women.

did OJ do it? You are probably are fan of Vick's. Sorry, no more denial.

He is the mastermind of this operation. He had contractors put in additions to his house for this dog fighting business.

He is onto something bit. Think, what if the NFL or his club, the Atlanta Falcons had sent electric currents through his body or whipped him every times he threw an interception or fumbled. That will probably pack the stadium. All kidding aside, this Vick is sick, what he and his group did to the dogs, he is going to hell.

it would SEEM as he did it...whether he did it or not...that's why we have trials where all of the evidence is presented and not just the stuff that makes somebody look guilty...I do think he did it...but I'm not gona go around and say he killed those dogs untill that's proven to me by evidence of him directly killing those dogs...he is involved in this there's no question about that...it might be as "little" as buying the property and financing the operation and as "big" as personally going to fights, betting, training the animals, and killing some of them...

Did you read the 18 page indictment? He certainly had knowledge of it.

"Ron Mexico" has a past history of being a scumbag. Why is it so hard to believe he is capable of animal cruelty?

I think he did at least have knowledge of it, and possibly condone or participate. Because how does one NOT know that there is an illegal dog fighting ring operated out of your house? There was ,something like, 66 dogs taken from his house. I'm gonna say guilty.

he at least know

the crap you here is not even true fighters beating dogs shocking dogs baiting dogs with rabbits and cats

its not true
fighting dogs have to be brave- beating and shocking a dog does not make it brave

fighting dogs fight dogs not cats or rabbits so cat and rabbits would not help at all

beagles are baited with rabbits so they will hunt them
like coon hounds with coons
police dogs with people

i can believe smart people believe this crap

its like iraq and chemical weapons
