I will answer in the simplest terms. Yes time travel will be possible but not yet. There are certain elements which are required but we have not been able to produce just yet. In addition, there are certain technologies that we have yet to achieve. For example, common miss conceptions of Schrodinger laws, or dark matter and the like. Historic reference points are: the explanation for UFOs as they truly are time machines not UFOs. Keep in mind other UFOS which are mostly optical illusions (defense dept. sub contractors) the material has been discovered in the 50's at Roswell (currently in Colorado). You know the elastic material that was never witnessed before said to be a weather balloon. Also refereed to in countless other works prior to photography.

From all of the design texts that I have looked through, the major component is a Sturgis Incheon. If you can locate one in good condition, you will have the basic unit for a working Time Machine. All of the other components bolt onto this central unit, or are wired to it through Corenuts.
