Well, I think that both are going to die ...but who goes first and how is the question. I'm suspecting that there's a battle between Harry and Voldemort, along with the remaining death eaters and the Order/DA. From there, I'm guessing that Harry's and Voldy's wands may reconnect like they did in GOF. What happens from there is anyone's guess. I'm suspecting that a very powerful spell or two will erupt, causing one of them to break the connection. It's entirely possible that the spell could hit either of them...or possibly hit them both....we'll just have to wait and see.
As for main characters that die...I'm have a strange suspicion for the Weasley's because of their close association with the Order and the Ministry. However, it could also be Draco or Snape because of the unbreakable vow. Snape did vow to protect Draco...but Draco was too scared to kill off Dumbledore under Voldemort's orders. Snape killed Dumbledore, but we don't know for certain if it was under the orders of Dumbledore himself (which I suspect it is because of the argument that Hagrid overheard between Dumbledore and Snape in HBP) or not. If he is truely a good guy and Voldy finds out, that could easily spell trouble for Snape as well. Then, with Draco not following Voldemort's orders to kill Dumbledore, Draco could also pay the ultimate price. In a way, I kinda feel sorry for Draco because he's such a chicken...having none of the bravery like a true Gryffindor has.

I definitely think Harry shouldn't die at the end. If JK Rowling doesnt want a mob scene in front of her house, I don't think shell kill Harry. Plus how horrible of a n ending would that be if she killed off the character in the book that we have come to know and love

I don't think Harry should die, though many people say that he will. I really don't know what I want, it would be rather tragic if he got killed...all those years of hardwork to stay alive and triumph over evil. But then it would be mighty interesting if he died, because that pretty much means doom for the rest of the wizarding world.

I'd really like to see at least a semi happy ending of the series. I'd like to see Harry live. I know the Death Eaters and Voldemort will kill several other characters, but I'd like to see a chance for Harry and his surviving friends to be happy.
