Quadrillion, Quintillion, Sextillion, Septillion, Octillion, Nonillion.
After that it would probably be a lot easier just to use scientific notation.

The highest thought of is the Googol, 10^100 (Godfather of Google)
Though we can have the Googol Googol 10^200.

it gets easy after that because it's just numerical prefixes: quadrillion, quintillion, sextillion, septillion, octillion, etc.
